1. Shipping Terms
{BRAND_NAME} ({URL}) is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the carrier. After that, risk of loss transfers to you.

2. Transfer of Risk
- Domestic: Risk passes when the carrier takes possession
- International: Risk passes when the package is handed to the first carrier
- Pickup: Risk passes when you take physical possession
3. Title Passage
Title to products passes to you upon:
- Full payment received
- Products handed to carrier
- Exception: We retain title until full payment is received
4. Carrier Selection
- We select the carrier based on your shipping choice
- We are not liable for carrier delays, losses, or damages
- Claims against the carrier are your responsibility (we assist where possible)
- Route Protection (optional at checkout) transfers risk back to us
5. Customs & Import
For international shipments:
- You are the importer of record
- You are responsible for customs clearance
- You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees
- We provide customs documentation as described in our Shipping Policy
6. Inspect Upon Delivery
You are responsible for:
- Inspecting packages upon delivery
- Noting damage on the delivery receipt
- Reporting issues within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy
- Providing photographic evidence when requested
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
- We will notify you and arrange re-delivery
- Re-shipping fees may apply
- If we cannot reach you within 30 days, order will be cancelled (refund minus shipping)
